Scotchgard Carpet Protectant

• Scotchgard: Scotchgard is an industry standard carpet protectant that we can re-apply to your carpets after cleaning. The Scotchgard will fill in
any porous areas of your carpet fibers to resist soil and staining. Most carpets come from the factory with a protectant already applied. This is the
reason most carpets clean up great the first time and then not so great the second time if no protectant is re-applied. To keep your carpet
cleanable, always have the Scotchgard carpet protectant re-applied after each cleaning. You can't put too much because any extra protectant will
be vacuumed away with your first vacuuming after drying.

• Drying: Your carpet will take a little bit longer to dry when re-applying Scotchgard because it needs that little bit of extra moisture to be evenly
distributed to each of the carpet fibers. Usually about 1 to 2 hours.

Cleaning Process

• Vacuuming: We recommend thoroughly vacuuming your carpet at least 2 times a week. This is very important for keeping your carpet as clean
as possible between professional cleanings. It's much easier to remove soil when it's dry and vacuuming will remove about 70% of dry soil. We will
vacuum when needed before the professional cleaning process.

• Pre-Treatment: Your carpet needs to be Pre-Treated before the cleaning. We Pre-Treat all of your carpet with our all natural carpet cleaning
Pre-Spray. The cleaner has no dangerous solvents, petrochemicals and no soap or detergent. It's completely safe for animals and children. When
needed, we will pre-scrub your carpet to loosen and dirt that is attached to the carpet fibers.

• Furniture Moving: In most cases we can clean around large furniture. Our cleaning process will not damage any furniture. We can move a sofa
or dining room table if needed but we ask that you have any small furniture and breakables out of the rooms to be cleaned. Of course if you
cannot do something on your own, just ask us. We are more than happy to help. We cannot move electronics, dressers, beds, sectionals, etc.

• Cleaning: After pre-treating your carpet, we extract the dirt out with our carpet cleaning systems. Different situations call for different types of
cleaning processes and we want to make sure that we get your carpet completely clean. Our Cleaning Technicians are well trained to operate
these systems and care about your home as to not allow any dangerous situations. If there are any problems after the cleaning, please let us
know and we will do out best to make it right.

• Drying: With any normal cleaning your carpets should be dry in a matter of a few hours..sometimes just a few minutes. We take every measure
to get your carpet dry and back to a usable condition ASAP. We understand that your time is valuable and you need to be able to walk on your
carpets in order to live in your home. This small inconvenience is necessary to be sure your carpets are as clean as possible or as we say in the
industry "ACAP".

• Spot Cleaning: Most stains and spots can be removed from your carpet. There may be permanent damage from things such as bleach, red dye
or pet urine, but we do everything in our power to remove and any unwanted discoloration from your carpet. With today's technology we are able
to remove certain stains that were not removable in the past. Your Cleaning Technician will have a look at your carpet before the cleaning and let
you know in his best opinion what will and what won't come out of your carpet.

Stain: A discoloration of the carpet. To "remove", the staining color must be changed to match the color of the carpet or removed enough to show
the original color of the carpet.

Spot: An added ingredient to the carpet that has not changed the color of the carpet but has just covered it enough so that the original color of
the carpet cannot be seen. To "Remove", the spot must be cleaned out with a certain cleaning solution depending on the type of spot. Some spots
can leave a "Stain" or discoloration of the carpet and this will be determined once the spot is removed.
